This is the perfect recipe to pull out at your summer cookouts, game day feasts or just an easy dinner on the weekend.
-- Heat either a charcoal grill, gas grill, or a cast iron grill pan, and heat the pulled pork in a small saucepan or cast iron pan.
-- Once the pulled pork is hot, put it to the side and grill the flatbreads on each side.
-- Place the grilled flatbreads over indirect heat and top with the pulled pork, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and red onion. Close the lid and continue to grill until the cheese has melted.
-- Remove from the grill and top with parsley. Cut into 4 slices.
